“Vicinissima al River walk”

“The Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch is ok, but overall disappointing for the price. Our room (king with sofa bed) was quite nice, with a balcony, kitchenette, large tv, and comfortable bed. It had a musty smell though around the entrance where the bathroom door is. The lazy river looked fun but we didn't get a chance to use it, the pool was nice and we used that till it closed at 10pm. “Room was clean, beds comfortable. Only thing they didn't have in the room was a microwave that I could have used. But it was ok cause they had a restaurant and a coffee & bar area. Every thing we ate at both places was very good!”

“We would like to thank the entire team the check in clerks, the cleaning staff, the amenities staff, and especially the valet team. The valet team got us in and out very quickly every day which helped with our 2 year old from throwing tantrums since he is still working on developing his patience.”

“This is an older property but clean. There was a leak in the ice machine on the 3rd floor that left the carpet wet. The staff was very helpful. It was noted that there would be no hospitality service during the stay. However, additional towels were easily provided by the service staff.”

“Beautiful hotel in the perfect location on the riverwalk that allowed to explore the city by feet. Nice pool. Room big and very confortable! The restaurant that offer breakfast and the valet parking little expensive.”

“The girls at the front desk were really nice, and that’s about it as far as the positives go. This property is badly in need of renovation. The bathroom fixtures were old and corroded. The tile and carpets were also old. The sheets were very scratchy. I sat in a chair in the lobby and it had what I assume was dog urine stains on it. The Market Store had about three candy bars and maybe four Cokes. Such a shame for a well-placed property to be so poorly maintained.”

“There were cockroaches in the room, I called to let them know we had already killed four big roaches and they couldn’t change our room due to availability. The shower was clogged and they went to repair it and it remained clogged even after maintenance. They promised a credit and did not specify it had to be used in the hotel, lost half the credit given. I will not be returning. I paid over 1000 for two nights including extra fees. Not worth the money”
